Timings: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM CST
Job Description
Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to address their specific requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a remote or traditional sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, services, and industry trends.
Previous experience in a remote sales role is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
