Job Description
You will participate in one of the most important e-commerce areas: media and communication.
You will assist us to execute our media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. You will be interacting with the comments/interactions of our published content, and improve the overall engagement of our brand.

You will be surrounded by professionals who are easy to communicate with and 100% focused on results. The work environment is flexible, and the internal demand is always to deliver what was agreed. In our office, we have foreigners and the communication in the work environment is 50% of the time in English! You will take care of our social media around the world, in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist media production and implementation
- Support the team‘s execution of content on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube, Pinterest, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Assist in replying to the comments of our content and increase our engagement with followers.
- Support the creation of organic content from Momo Lifestyle.
- Assist in requesting UGC (User Generated Content) on social media platforms.
- Help to track and repost good quality User Generated Content in other platforms with the permission of creators.
- Support research of new social media trends and tools
- Assist in bringing innovative ideas to the table and help to execute them
SKILLS
- Familiar with all social media platforms
- Ability and interest to make and edit photos and videos
- Familiar with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and video editing softwares
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese - Spanish is a plus.
- Good sense of urgency
- A high level of organization skills
- Punctuality and sense of responsibility
- Proactive, resilient, and an excellent team player
- Ability to work within a team effectively, prioritizing and organizing multiple assignments
- Innovative, creative and curious, highly sensitive to new trends, bringing new ideas, and also being able to execute them.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Time
6 hours daily from Monday to Friday (Fixed agenda, 6 hours of work and 15 mins of break)
