Responsibilities

  • Act as a sales consultant to promoting Axiata's wide range of software products & Solutions. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails and other lead generation avenues
  • Maintain and expand a strong funnel of qualified opportunities across the globe.
  • Research and acquire thorough knowledge of products/services offerings, industry/market trends, and potential customer needs.
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Work with cross functional team to plan and execute initiatives, using existing and new methods.
  • Responding promptly to potential customers and sending required information to help with their buying process.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements and competencies

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, experience in the Telco tech domain would be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management skills and strong work ethic.
  • Thorough understanding of the Business sales process and solution selling.
  • Ability to cope and produce results under pressure.
  • Ability to build exceptional customer relationships.
  • Be a good listener and passionate in building instant rapport with customers.
  • Strong email marketing and digital selling strategies
  • High-level of resilience and perseverance
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to team dynamic.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
